SPAIN. Arekorata. Circa 150-100 BC. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 3.99 g, 12 h). Youthful bare male head to right, wearing pearl necklace; behind, pellet. Rev. 'AREKOR/ATAS' (in Iberian) Warrior on horseback galloping to right, holding spear in his right hand. CNH p. 273, 18. SNG BM Spain 973. Rare. Slightly porous and with minor deposits, otherwise, good very fine.
